I recently started producing more direct content & it’s brought up a few challenges & questions, such as, trial & error.

The story behind Millennial Money Mindset is pretty simple. I dabbled in the past with lots of different ways I can go ahead with building an online name as well as delivering truly valuable content to my friends & fellow Millennials that may be in need of it. I began by converting my formally known as ‘The Yellow Sofa Show’ Podcast to ‘Millennial Money Mindset’ to begin growing that. I’ve been lucky enough to be surrounded by wealthy & healthy minded mentors that have helped me craft myself into The Money Mindset Millennial whilst being able to share their stories too & live the life that I’ve always wanted at such a young age. My gratitude is enormous, much like my drive for Financial Freedom with a content mind & the constant passion to learn & teach others because I believe that everyone NEEDS to be the best version of themselves.

So that’s why I’ve been tasting.

Look, I think it is extremely important to be tasting because you NEED to experience what works for you & what doesn’t work for you, otherwise, you won’t put enough practical thought into your perceptions. Perceptions are a moment in time that will one day change for the subject no matter what. We are always evolving so it is important to realise that some things that you may think are AMAZING now, can be terrible tomorrow & definitely crushed negatively 10 years down the track once you have flooded your once “great business vision” with all your income. I know this because I’ve done it myself & I have also witnessed first hand, people giving up on something that would have never worked for them.

It’s important to know that someone else’s story can’t be yours,

I don’t want you guys to waste too much time doing the wrong things when you could have learnt it by simply reading a book or listening to a podcast like this one.

I really want to dive headfirst into what this blog topic is about today. So let’s do that now. We are independent minds living in a very dependent society. We follow the norm because we are scared to fray. This IS because of the habits & data we have received & processed within the early years of our life. From the second we are born to the second we leave school. This period of time is a “learning” period. Preparing us for what is coming ahead & how to be an ADULT. My experience in this learning period was everything that majority of what I learnt from school, family & friends, actually negatively impacted me greatly in those present years & also in future years ahead. Then one day, literally, IN A DAY, I learnt how to shift negative experiences into positive outcomes & my whole life flipped over & suddenly my table was the right way up! It was a damaged table that was crafted pretty poorly, but it still managed to stand upright.
From that turning point in my life, it shifted into my Entrepreneurial mindset. I now ALWAYS trial & error every idea for a week, & up until now, I’ve finally set the fundamentals of a lengthy & profitable plan for my future.

You HAVE TO TASTE EVERYTHING. Now is the time to fuck up, a lot! I see failing quickly as a massive benefit to your mindset & expertise. The quicker & HARDER you fail at a lot of different things, is the quicker you land on the right track! I can’t urge this enough guys. Don’t be timid when you fail or when you have thousands of ideas that you want to try & they end up failing. It’s okay! That’s what living is about & more specifically, that is what being an Entrepreneur is all about. We don’t have a 9–5 schedule that is implemented in place from the very first vision of our idea. We have to try then fail hard & then rinse & repeat until we discover our passion & our path then we repeat the process whilst on our right track.

So Imagine there’s 5 trains lined up at a station and one of those trains goes to the destination you need to go but there’s no information in regards to what train goes where. You have a 1 in 5 chance of getting on the right train. Let’s say you get on the wrong train & it takes you far far away from where you need to go then you eventually return back to the station where you started where you are ONCE AGAIN faced with the decision. But now, YOU HAVE A 1 IN 4 CHANCE OF GETTING ON THE RIGHT TRAIN. Whether you get on the wrong train again, it doesn’t matter! Because you’ll soon learn that it’s a number’s game. It’s about tasting, trying, failing & then eventually succeeding. This will be a repeated process for as long as you live, but now, you’ll live with the experience of knowing that no matter how many times you fail, you will eventually succeed.

I’m an ideas man & executor but I will only ever execute a plan or project effectively if I’ve failed at similar plans or projects in the past.

Once you’re on your right train, now you taste the fruit that is being served on your train. Sometimes you may even stick your hand out the window & grab fruit of an apple tree that you pass by. It’s all risk & reward & trial & error.

Alright guys, I think that covers it today, but before you go anywhere, I actually have something I NEED to tell you. I’ve been reading an AMAZING book that has quite literally excelled my knowledge & skill within a week of reading it. It’s by far the most valuable book that i’ve ever read. It’s called ‘Entrepreneurial You’ by Dorie Clark, it’s fucking amazing. Every page has taught me something that many people would usually pay hundreds of dollars to learn. It’s incredible & if you are wanting to know the essentials of being your own boss, you must read this book. https://amzn.to/2QC6Fz1
